What happens in a first call
It starts with a phone call, so we can get to know you and understand your objectives.
- We listen. Your situation, your priorities and who’s involved.
- We explain how we work, including what we don’t do, so you know exactly where we fit.
- You decide what comes next. If it feels right, we suggest a simple first step. There’s no pressure.
Your trusted family member or friend is welcome to join. If we work together, they can join meetings when it's useful, and we keep them informed with periodic update calls.
